Hi, I’m Allhealthsolution, and I’m here to help you achieve your goals and reach your fullest potential.

I’m so happy that you’ve stopped by my website! Some of you may recognize me as the blogger behind Fitness & Feta. I recently decided to take an enormous leap of faith and leave my full time corporate job to turn my blog and passion for fitness into an online business. In the process, F&F has rebranded into this new site, Achieve with Athena. I promise that I’ll still be here with the same voice and content, only now it will be better… and with a new look, feel, and name.

My philosophy is that health and wellness is a personal responsibility, not a privilege. Our bodies deserve to move regularly by training smarter, not longer. Our bodies deserve to be fueled properly with whole and nutrient dense foods 90% of the time. However, fitness and nutrition are just two pieces of the puzzle. Cultivating a positive mindset and body image, managing stress effectively, prioritizing rest and recovery, and surrounding ourselves with people who lift us up are all equally as important to total body health. Oh yeah, and making sure to have a little fun along the way.

It’s never too late to take the first step toward a healthier you.

And I’d love to help you get there by teaching you methods that are realistic, sustainable, shame free, and fun. Too many people out there think that wellness has to be hard. It doesn’t! Your training and other healthy living choices should be enhancing your life, not making it more complicated.

Through my blog and social media channels, you’ll find new insights and tools that will not only help simplify your approach to wellness, but will assist you with cultivating a positive mindset so that you can love your individual journey and get lasting results. I love to share pieces of my own journey and adventures in life, but you can also find me rooting for you along your journey as well. My goal is to inspire women to be confident, treat themselves with self compassion, and accept themselves where they are. At the end of the day, I want to show that living a healthy and fulfilled life does not have to be complicated or expensive. It’s about maintaining balance, keeping things real, and celebrating the successes along the way.

    I love your blog! I myself am a group fitness instructor and just started a fitness and health blog as well. I’m always looking for ways to connect with other fitness bloggers. 🙂 I love that you went to PC, too (I’m currently living just outside Providence). It’s a really nice area.

    What formats of group ex classes do you teach? How did you get into the corporate wellness field to begin with (I know you mentioned creating that position for yourself…) Do you teach classes for the corporation that you work for as well as for other fitness studios? I’m in the process of trying to find some corporate wellness/fitness positions in this area, too. The field you’re in is where I hope to be someday!

    1. Hi Ellyn, I just realized I never responded to this! I currently teach total body conditioning classes, twice a week at my local YMCA. I did create the corporate wellness position for myself at the company I’ve been with since I graduated from PC. I’d be happy to chat more via email or other if you want!
